• These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in your country of residence under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive).

2. Products and Pricing

• All product descriptions and images on the Website are as accurate as possible. Minor variations in colour or appearance may occur due to screen settings and photography.
• All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
• In the unlikely event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing the order.

3. Orders and Contract Formation

• Placing an order on the Website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
• A binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product unavailability, errors in product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order.

4. Payment

• Payment is due at the time of placing your order.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• We ship to the countries listed during checkout.
• Free shipping is available on orders over €150.
• Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors (customs, postal delays, etc.).
• Risk of loss and title for purchased products pass to you upon delivery.
• If a package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU/UK Consumers)

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

• To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. email to lahnoanna945@gmail.com).
• You must return the goods within 14 days of communicating your withdrawal.
• Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.
• The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
• We will reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

7. Warranty and Defects

• All products are covered by the statutory warranty rights applicable in your jurisdiction. Under EU law, this is a minimum of 2 years from delivery (EU Directive 2019/771).
• If a product is defective or does not conform to the contract, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable law.
• Defects arising from misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not covered.

8. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the purchase or use of our products shall not exceed the price paid for the relevant product.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, but will consider each case individually.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
